This is my letter to the world,
That never wrote to me,--
The simple news that Nature told,
With tender majesty.
Her message is committed
To hands I cannot see;
For love of her, sweet countrymen,
Judge tenderly of me!
First of all-- nice creative use of punctuation Emily. Maybe this is where I picked up my own over-use of certain types of punctuation. Here we go-- 2,000 or so poems. I am determined to read them all and attempt to make sense of them.
